Frequently Asked Questions

Our venue is available for booking large events Fridays between 5 pm and 11 pm. Saturdays/Sundays between 9 am - 11 pm.

Small gatherings such as corporate socials or photography sessions are available Mon - Thu between 9 am and 5 pm and Fri/Sat/Sun between 9 am - 11 pm.

The venue isn't bookable past 11 pm. If your event ends at 11pm you will have 30 minutes to clean up and clear out.

P4 can host up to 75 people comfortably.

No. To preserve and protect the interior of our facility we do not permit any hanging decorations on our walls with tape, pins, or hooks.

Once the furniture is in place you are not permitted to rearrange anything. This is to ensure the quality and safety of all items within our facility.  However, you may request to have the room set however you would like prior to your event. Please consult with us before your event to request how you would like the facility to be laid out for you.

We do not currently offer in-house catering services but we are happy to refer any of our go-to catering vendors upon your request.

Yes. A third-party caterer can set-up and serve food at your event. We will require to have a copy of their catering license and certificate of insurance.

Yes. We do not have an in-house bar service. If you need alcohol for your event you will be required to provide your own. We have refrigerators for you to store and cool bottles and cans if need be.
